RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Monique Trading Corp. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
* The product was purchased in the last 14 days
* The product is in its original packaging
* Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Write this number on top of the package. Without this RMA#, we will not accept the package.

If the item is not damaged and you wish to return or exchange it, you are responsible for additional shipping charges (and your local custom duties, if applicable).
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will refund you shipping charges if the item is damaged. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
